Er. Subrat Das, Chairman
Born in 1966 at Puri, Odisha, Mr. Subrat is a mechanical engineer. His vision to carve a niche combined with social commitment motivated him to leave lucrative employment as a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering for 10 years.
As the MD of a large construction group in Odisha his dedication consistently drives the organization to successfully execute complex engineering operations & projects both in India and abroad. His visionary and philanthropic diversity enabled establishing one of the leading polytechnic and ITI institutes at Cuttack district in the year 2005, an engineering house involved in development and manufacturing of agriculture implements and general fabrication in Bhubaneswar. and one of the leading state-of-the-art , multi-specialty hospitals in Bhubaneswar.
His love towards sustainable development, empowerment and upliftment for women and sports is clearly manifested by his brain child, Nita Football Academy. He recognizes the importance of fostering a sportive atmosphere to enable opportunities and facilities for the underprivileged to nurture their skills and talents. He believes that investing in youth entails building a solid foundation for future leaders by maximizing their potential through competitive sports.
Er. Arun Parija, General Secretary
An engineer by profession, Mr. Arun carries a passion for nurturing people and talent, building profitable businesses, acquiring, growing and retaining valuable clients and client relationships, financial prudence, and stewardship around carving things to a better shape than it was found in.
With extensive global IT experience spanning multiple geographies and diverse customers in Europe, US and India, he moved back to India in 2016 and started an engineering house Lanka RSK Infrastructure to develop infrastructure for the nation and beyond. He also holds an executive position at Coserve Solutions, a global high end consulting and services IT company.
An active sportsman himself, he believes nurturing passion and aptitude for the sport with the right guidance, environment and honing of skills, will enable the future generation of girls at Nita Football Academy not only pursue their passion for football but also develop competitive spirit, social responsibility and a sense of fraternity.
Mr. Mohammad Shahid Jabbar,
Chief Technical Advisor
Mr. Jabbar, fondly known as Guddan served as the head coach of the India women’s national football team from 2010 to 2012 and also served as the head coach of Odisha women’s football team. In his first tournament as coach during the 2010 South Asian Games in Bangladesh, Mr.Jabbar led the India Women’s team win the tournament by defeating Nepal 3–1. He then led the India Women to the first SAFF Women’s Championship 2010 in Bangladesh and retained the title at the 2nd edition in 2012 in Colombo.
He has represented Odisha twice in the Junior National Championships in 1984 and 1986, represented Odisha in the Senior National Chamionships in Santosh Trophy twice in 1993 and 1995 and represented Odisha police in the all india police games for 15 years. He has guided the Indian National Women’s Team, Odisha team in the Juinor and Sub Junior National Championships, Odisha U-13 and U-14 boys team, Odisha U-13 girls team and Odisha Women’s team and Odisha Police Football Team in his extensive career as a coach. As our technical director, he has solely devoted himself to the development of Nita Football Academy in the world of women’s football.
